We ship all orders via USPS.  99% of orders ship via Priority Mail, but occasionally we do use First Class mail for smaller, lighter orders.  Most orders ship within 2 days, and most US customers receive their order within 5 business days.  We ship internationally as well - if your country is not listed at checkout please reach out for a quote.


We want you to be happy.  If for any reason you feel that you didn't get your money's worth, just let us know.  We will make it right.  If you change your mind within 15 days of receiving your order, simply mail it back to us and we will refund your original purchase price.

Just send us a message and we will work together to make sure you're happy.

If our product fails at any point, we will replace it free of charge.  (Excludes consumables and wear items like belting).

Note:  We do not accept returns on custom orders unless we screwed up.  Sorry!
